We have lived in Arizona for 4 years with a pool. Have used Octopus Pool Service for 4 months and the pool has never looked cleaner and clearer. It actually sparkles. Responsive! Great communication! Dustin is the owner and replaced a dead pump and burnt out light and is very kind and pleasant. On the phone Hailey keeps me fully informed about scheduling and updates and is a delight to talk with. I'm grateful for their help! I just used Dustin and Octopus pool service again. I was having problems with my vaccum not working, scheduled appointment with Octopus pool service, Dustin came out on time, fixed the issue, vaccum working excellent now, Dustin even reprogrammed my variable pump, to save me money and extend the life of the pump, he didn't have to do that, but he did.
